anxious about driving?

hi, does anyone have any tips for someone who is scared to drive? i'm 19 years old and i have my permit. while i go practice driving in an empty parking lot, i have perfect control of the wheel and everyone tells me that i am a good driver. my problem is that at any moment i feel like i'm going to distract myself or press the gas instead of pressing the break. it's this impending fear that has led me to depend on my dad to leave me to school in my first year of college. I also get scared very easily. any advice would help.

Im having. The same issues- ive tried to take my test but because I'm very nervous I keep messing up :(

I've found driving around calms me down and shifts my anxiety, apart from when my wife is in the front seat shouting at me :)

I find driving quite relaxing as I get to focus on something else, so I 'forget' where I'm going and how far from home I am. Saying that, I don't enjoy parking one bit! :)
