I'm Ger. I'm thirtysomething (!!) and live in London. I've had anxiety on and off for about 20 years (it's currently on and seems to be increasing!) and I had my first panic attack 2 weeks ago (followed by another one last week). I've been reading this forum and website for a few weeks and have found it really helpful.
