Brain zaps but no reduction in meds

For the last couple of days I've been getting brain zaps but I've no idea why.
I haven't changed my meds in any way and take them at the same time each day.
The only thing that's different is that I've had a bug for the last three days and I'm aching and have have a hacking cough that sometimes makes me a bit dizzy.
Can anyone relate?

Could be the bug you've got. I've been going through a bit of a blip lately myself. I seem to get a clicking sound in my skull, first thing in the morning usually with nausea. I'm on 50mg of Sertraline have been for about 4 years. I think it's the brand I've been given by the Chemist. Usually I'm ok with a generic, but these I'm on are coloured blue, were as other ones I've had are white tablets

Has the brand name of your medication changed.
I was taking the teva brand of escatalopram and was given the laundbeck brand a few months later. It totally messed me up.

I felt as though I was being poisoned yesterday, felt lousy

These blue ones are made by Lupin Europe, I'm usually okay with Generic Sertraline, never had the proper Lustral brand. Decided to take just half tablet last night, 25mg, feel a lot better today.
