Lymphoma worries

I'm a 20 year old male and I've been sweating about lymphoma lately.

I don't have any discernible bumps or enlarged lymph nodes but the harder I feel myself for them the more I think I find bumps. So my question at this point mainly is, how noticeable are enlarged lymph nodes? Can you easily distinct them from just regular skin bumps? I dunno why but this is really worrying me and at this point I'm just waiting for more symptoms to come.

I had Stage IV Head and Neck Cancer. The cancerous nodes in my neck were clearly visible. In fact, by the time I went for surgery to remove them, it looked like I had the mumps on the left side of my neck.
