Hi all

Just wanted to reach out, I am suffering anxiety heart pulps, stress and working out what is the meaning of all this.
Been to the doc done all the checks all is good but still that didn't give me the answer to my issues.

So this may sound crazy and I'm not a religious man or believer of any god but I turned to Buddhism, the teachings and mediation.
I believe Buddhism should be on the NHS this has helped me massively.

If you worry about anything teach yourself about the buddha and his teachings. Give it a shot don't think you need medication... you need meditation, haha how bad did that sound.
