hello everyone gosh i didnt realise how many people use this site. Its great i felt like i was the only one suffering from panic attacks. Anyway im sam im 21 and have a 2yr old little boy, ive been suffering from panic attacks for the last 12-18months and im now having cognitive therapy {which is great}
