SC joint still popping :(

Anytime I lift my right arm I get a pop (fairly loud and I can feel it move when I put my fingers on it) at my SC joint (sternum and clavicle). Why is this happening? It does not hurt. It's been about four days and I'm getting real annoyed with this sound.

I had that for years in my shoulders. Age and arthritis were the culprits. I got relieve with glucosamine chondroitin. It took a couple of months but no more popping or clicking.
