Hi everyone,
I am Rachel, 30, from the UK but living in Germany. I am so happy to have found people here who have similar problems to mine. I suffer from GAD and Agoraphobia. Sitting in Restaurants and going on public transport are big problems for me.

Anyone else have this Problem?

I've certainly seen those subjects discussed lots of times. Use the search facility at the top of the page and check out the Agoraphobia message board too.

My ex had a big issue with eating in front of other people so didn't want to eat out in public.
