Feels like my arms are not mine

This has been going on for afew weeks. They both feel weak and when I look at them they feel alien. Like there not attached to my body. Someone please tell me this is normal as it's the most scariest feeling in the world. It's driving me insane and sending my anxiety threw the roof x

I have this feeling when Im really panicked, I remember eating my dinner one night & it was like it wasn't my hands that were holding the knife & fork. Really strange feeling, it seems to happen when I'm really panicked

I had that with my legs. I have been walking and not really feeling like they are attached to me and heavy. :shrug:

Had a strange feeling a couple of months ago, that I had no face below my eyes! Had to be anxiety! xx :blush::blush:

I had this for MONTHS after a traumatic birth with my son last spring (which is what triggered all of my health anxiety).
