:) Well I plucked up the courage to go to the docs and pour my heart out. He was great, listened to what I had to say and gave me some advice. I told him I didnt want meds and he said that was fine, he would refer me to a mental health graduate who worked from the surgery (she has counselling skills and is trained in cbt). She is going to phone me next week.
Its a great relief to have got that over with. I feel a bit better already:D , not sure how long that will last though.
