Hi , its been a while for me posting here but feel awful the past 3 weeks .

Iv'e been on a weight reduction diet and doing well but my anxiety has went through the roof , heavy weak limbs ,headaches ,night shakes , aches and pains all over . I am not starving myself but have cut my intake of junk out by 90 percent roughly and started eating lots of veg and more fruit . Ive virtually cut out dairy and all wite bread completely except for a couple of small squares of chocolate very occasionally .

I do believe it is this change that is making me feel this way but as you know we still think it might be something else .

Anyone felt rotten when changed lifestyle/diet ?

Yeah I have, your calories might be far too low, slow and steady wins the race. Try having a 'refeed'- a day where you eat at or just above maintenance, whats a day off in the grand scheme of things?
