Tinnitus?

I'm hearing noise like a static buzzing in my head, it seems to have got worse and worse over the past week. While some sounds are also feeling too loud to me and im getting that brain buzzing feeling like someone has scratched a chalk board with their nails. Not helping me with my brain tumour fears one little bit. Anyone had this?

I've had a hissing sound in my left ear since early December. Sometimes it appears in the right! Mine is down to anxiety, mild HF hearing loss, or jaw problems. No idea which but I'm told it could be any of these 3. Also neck problems cause it, so I hear! xx
