Hi all, it's been a while since I posted here, but my anxiety is increasing! I started with diarrhea today, feel nauseous but no vomiting, slight stomach discomfort. Worrying sick now that it's something serious! If it was norovirus would I be vomiting as well? What's the best thing to help with this? Sorry for tmi!! Thanks in advance xx
