Hi I'm just wondering about something,I've noticed if i dont feel on top form,ie need more sleep or just feel rough my Anxiety is 10 times higher,do any of you think this is pretty normal,also i do feel rough alot,is this normal for any of you guys??

Hiya Danuella

I think when you are down, feel rough or not sleeping/eating too well, thats a catalyst for anxiety to start.

I think my worst anxiety days have always beeen in conjunction with feeling rough, tired or flu like.

Lack of sleep definitely gives me high anxiety levels.

Yes definitely. Lack of sleep makes my anxiety 100 times worse - as does hangovers (but that could be the depressant effect). But then the anxiety stops me sleeping properly and it's a vicious circle.

And yes, since anxiety I just don't feel on form. Tired, lethargic, no go in me at all. Just generally run down without being able to say why. It does pass, I go through phases with it.
