well i found a weird freckle on my back a few weeks back. its light brown with a dark brown centre. of course i freaked and went straight to the docs. he said it looks benign but to keep an eye on it and go back if it changes.well i asked to be referred to the derm straight away because of my anxiety, well i was meant to go today and bottled it.. i dont think i can take it.. the stress and worry of it. waiting for biopsy results.. my fear is being diagnosed with cancer especially melanoma. and i think i would rather now take each day as it comes. its probably likely benign as the doc said anyway. i am really trying to control my anxiety as from now. of course i am now thinking what if its melanoma and i havnt gone to see the derm and could have caught it early.. i just cannot go on like this anymore so what will be will be!! i couldnt face the derm as my anxiety has been so extreme i think i would break down. well heres to hopefully getting back to my old self!
