Does anyone else go through stages of hyperactivity/good moods for a few days during their anxiety?

I'm actually worried about being in a good mood like what the actual eff.

I keep thinking maybe its a chemical thing related to anxiety?

I think take the ups to counter the downs :-) I can't imagine a negative or scary reason for a good mood :-)
