Fearful all day about stomach pain

Hi everyone, been having this pain in my stomach for one week now, it started right after waking up and before going to bed, its like moving all over my tummy sometimes its in my left between pelvic bone andribs and near belly button sometimes its on my rignt same area anbelow my belly button ,the pain varies from dull aching to sharp pain ,i also feel bloated and belched a lot..does anybody have similar thing like what i have atm? Thank you any post will highly be appreciated

Yep, I get similar symptoms to that. Sounds like an IBS flare up maybe. You could be constipated too.

Since it's moving, and the pain comes and goes that's a good sign it's nothing serious!

I have this too, I have IBS and can get quite gassy. My pain can be around my ribs, abdomin, stomach and pelvic area I think it's just gas. It comes and goes so I try not to worry about it too much. As long as you don't have extreme persistent localised pain that doesn't go away then I wouldn't worry
