''Muscles hurt

My muscles hurt my thighs and arms . I'm scared .. It feels live I've worked out . I'm 9 weeks pregnant not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Do you have a temperature or feel ill as in you might be getting a flu bug?

I know in the past I have had a day with very sore muscles somewhere and then within 24 hrs I come down with flu bug but to begin with I have no idea whats causing the aches. Last time with me I found it very painful to sit down on the back of my thighs and had sharp shooting pains in my knees - I was totally puzzled but by end of that day I was shivering with a temp and cough and had a flu bug.

I dont want to check my temperature. I went through a bad phase last month and I couldn't stop checking my temperature, and I dont want to do that again. I am too scared to check. I dont feel hot or cold or anything, my muscles dont hurt as bad, but now Im getting sharp pains here and there. Its so annoying and totally freaking me out.
