Right firstly I don't think it is insomnia or any sleep disorder. I say this because of tests ive taken and ive either scored very bery very low or 0. I don't have trouble sleeping. I don't wake with a jerk. I don't feel tired or exhausted. Don't have headaches on waking. I feel fine throughout the day.

I'm a slim twenty something woman; non smoker but battling anxiety. I beleive this is the reason for my sleep issue. I am (had) an anxious free few weeks recently and slept like a baby.

Or that being said what I have could be normal for some. I stir in the night twice or three times. I have no issue getting back to sleep. I've read articles in which this is normal. I don't fully wake and sit there for a while. Again this is more common if ive been anxious that day. Latelt im unemployed with plenty of job interviews and rejections.

I have never ever in my whole 54 years slept for more than 5 hours without waking up in the night and its usually every 2-4 hours every single night. This is normal for me. I so envy anyone who sleeps right though the night like my husband does.

So no you are not experiencing any sleep problems just a very very slight change to your normal sleep pattern probably due to a little stress.
