Hi guys. I'm currently going through a rough time (I'm being made redundant in 6 weeks) and it is, unsurprisingly, affecting my mental health. One of things that I'm struggling with now is my fear of throwing up. I just ate a meal and now I'm panicking because I'm gonna be at work for the next 5 hours and I'm terrified I'm gonna get sick. And of course, this panic has given me nausea which is making my panic worse. I'm sure I will be fine, I'm sure there was probably nothing wrong with the spaghetti I ate, but I cannot seem to stop my mind from racing. Any friendly words would be nice right now.
