I have checked out this site and have found it really helpful. I have G.A.D. and probably a few other things the docs overlooked ha ha. I have been in and out of the doctors and emergency rooms for panic attacks, and didnt know it was normal untill I read about the "scary symptoms" written on this site. I am trying to take care of my anxiety now without the help of valume. I started jogging, breathing, and I go see a therapist later on this month. I love that I am not insane and that there are other people who have what I have. Doesnt this crap suck!!! I'm so tired of it, and am mad. I hope to God I find a way to be in control of my mind again.

What does anyone think of Yoga? Just an idea.

Yoga is fantastic exercise and will really help with the breathing too!
