On my hip (the love handle) is this lupus or ringworm? IM in tears here, I'm so sick of something making me a bag of nerves

I'm sorry to hear your feeling so anxious. Rashes can be caused by so many things, I sometimes notice rashes on my body that I would otherwise have not noticed if I wasn't so anxious and health conscious. If you had lupus you would have a few other symptoms along with the rash and the rash is usually on the face. I don't know much about ringworm so I can't comment on that. I would suggest to make an appointment with your doctor to have them check it out if it's really causing you concern. In the meantime please try not to worry, i know it's easier said than done but try not to think too much about it or jump to any conclusions until you see a doctor
