Tired/Not Tired

Iv been worrying about sleeping over 8 hours on my days off work, or when I have the chance to sleep in.

I know its not abnormal, but I just can't tell if I feel 'tired' or not when im awake.

Like im not wanting to go to bed or anything but I constantly feel like I could just drop off at any moment, despite not actually feeling 'tired'.

Is this an odd sensation.

Not sure if this is just a down mood from the anxiety making me feel lethargic or not.

I have a sleep worry atm, it's making me not sleep well as before I go to bed I'm concerned I'll have a good nights sleep.

I'm trying to say that my eyes just feel quite heavy. But I'm not particularly tired

I have exactly that, I'm putting it down to congestion or an allergy. I'm going to give it another couple of weeks to see if it's the increase in meds then go back to docs. Certainly nothing to worry about though. Have you had your eyes checked, could be muscle strain if you need specs.
