Body rash after shower?

So I'm 18 and at my girlfriends last night I had a shower came out and was very itchy, soon after a red spotty bumpy rash appeared all over my torso and back and neck (t shirt line) none on my legs and slightly on my face! It was horribly hard to sleep with it and his morning it's on my forearms!

I get this a lot. It's heat rash and very uncomfortable or it could be an allergy to a shower gel but quite benign

I get this too, I agree with the previous post it's just a heat rash also I have sensitive skin so when I dry myself with the towel my skin goes quite red and can be itchy, it goes away quickly

As above or a reaction to a soap or body wash. You did say you were at your girlfriends house. Maybe is was something you used there.

Is it normal to be the same intensity 3 days later and spread to my head? Girlfriend also has started to get it too?
