Feeling 'good' after 1 tablet? Is this normal?

Taken my first tablet today at 1pm. I felt quite calm and serene for most of the day, but now I've noticed that I'm feeling quite jittery/agitated and even to the point of euphoric. I don't know if this is supposed to happen after the first tablet. :(

I've also been reading about serotonin syndrome which is scaring the hell out of me. I'm only on 50mg but I really don't think I should be feeling this good already. I know I shouldn't knock it, but I feel scared. :(

I've posted about mania being a common side effect on your other thread. Side effects can happen on one dose, the GI ones can happen very quickly as it reaches the gut receptors so quickly.

It's extremely unlikely to be the med helping, it's more likely a side effect issue.
