Weird flu :( help? Is it a flu?

Hi everyone I'm a otherwise healthy 23 year old guy who recently came home from work last night feeling under the weather.

It started with mild aching all over my body and then a couple hours later last night I developed a fever that peaks at around 101.5 but is hovering around 100.5 now.

The thing that is making me so worried is I don't have any other symptoms except for:

- Fatigue
- Fever topping at 101.5
- All over body aches.

Aren't I supposed to have a terrible sore throat and coughing with a flu I have no cough or congestion / sore throat.

I just hope that doesn't mean it's something else :(?
Can I have a flu without the cough and congestion?

You have 3 symptoms which certainly point to flu, as well as the symptoms coming on suddenly which is characteristic of flu also.

It may be worth waiting a couple of days and if there's no improvement, see your doctor. It could be flu, but it could be any number of viral infections etc. It doesn't sound like something to concern yourself too much about.
