Hi I hope someone can help me... I woke up this morning feeling really breathless I tried to carry on my usual morning chores but to no avail I ended up having one of the worst panic episodes Ive ever had, and its lasted all day, its still ongoing as Im writing this im still breathless which is really scaring me it did ease slightly when I took a diazepam and propranolol earlier (just taken another prop but no diaz) but im still struggling to get my breathing right...Is this anxiety or something else?? :weep::weep:
