Morning headache

For two mornings in a row I have woken up with a bad headache.
Has any one had this, quite worried..

The most likely reasons are neck trouble with sleeping position ( how is your pillow/ has anything changed?)or sinus trouble as the sinuses can fill up at night.

Does the headache get better after a short time or linger most of the day?

Its okay to wait for a week or two and see if this continues before seeing your Dr, if it does then you do need to see your Dr but you could find its short lived and goes away after a few days.
