Feel very full after eating pizza. Spleen worries

So I've been worried sick all day about my spleen. I went to the doctor on Saturday and he said he couldn't feel anything in my abdomen. But of course doubt is very much in my mind.
I decided to order pizza and bread sticks and after only 3 slices and few sticks I got very full. Sooner than usual I think. Sure the pizzas are very bready but I'm worried since inability to eat a large meal is a sign....ugh

Actually it was nearly 4. But it doesn't seem like that too me. I maybe a bit bloated right now so that could be part of it. But I feel like I've been eating less lately :/ I'm having my meds changed so I guess that could be part of it too.

Because you have what IMO is a pretty severe case of anxiety ;)
