How are you all?

A little about me.
I am a mother to two adult children and I have battled with PTSD, panic disorder, anxiety disorder, severe major depression and agoraphobia for the past 11 years but I don't let my labels define me as I find them limiting at times and at other times it can enable understanding.
I treat others as I would like to be treated.
I am glad I have found this forum.
I am currently on two different anti depressants, benzodiazapines and sedatives to manage the symptoms.

I miss my old life and hope to one day see a newer and better one. :)
