How do I get over this feeling. I almost constantly have the urge to take a deep breath. Breathing with the chest sometimes relives it for a few minutes. I feel smothered. O2 is always good at the doctor, ranging from 100 to 96. Months back I started using my diaphragm to breathe. I have had this crap for a while now and I'm sick of it. All the other anxiety symptoms I think I can tolerate but this has got to go.
