Weird sensation

So I was using the bathroom and while reading something it felt like I was going to fall off the toilet. So I freaked out a little I guess I felt dizzy—the room wasn't spinning I just felt unsteady. It startled me so bad I jumped up worried I was going to faint but my vision never darkened and it went away as quickly as it came though my heart was racing a little.

I can defo relate to this. Years ago I had that bad. I do have it now but not as bad. But still freaks me out. Chat anytime. And you ain't alone.
