Average Dose Of Diazepam ?

I have been given 5mg to take only in emergencies

whats the usual dose, I notice they come in different sizes

I have some 2mg ones and used to break them in half so I was only on 1mg and that worked for me.

When I was really Ill I was taking 10 mg 3 times a day. Now I use 2 or 4mg in an emergency. Varies for everyone. Hope this helps

Was initially on 2mg to be taken in emergencies, then was put up to 5mg three times a day. I only took the whole 15mg for one day as it knocked the wind out of my sails completely-5mg is more than enough for me and the side effects last all day!
