Another newbie

Hello all,

I just signed up today so thought I'd better introduce myself. I've been suffering with panic attacks/anxiety/agoraphobia on and off for almost 20 years now. At the moment it's an on phase so I've been back to the Dr and have been prescribed Prozac which is actually making me feel much worse at the moment.:(

Anyway that's probably enough about me for now.
