Hi my name is Clare, its my first time here.

Im soon to be 29, I live in Liverpool with my partner and Son.

I suffer pretty bad with anxiety and severe depression, and have recently been told I suffer Chronic Low Self esteem.

As fantastic as my family are, im finding my self struggling a lot, so looking for a place to go where people will have a better understanding.
