My name is kate, I'm 35 and I've had anxiety for a long long time. It's affected every aspect of my life so much so i feel i can say I've never really lived. And just lately for no reason it's become a lot worse. I've been looking at this site for a while and can't believe how much i can relate to it.

Hi Kate, its a horrible illness! ive been suffering about 2 years with anxiety and its just awful. Hope you can find the help that you need.:)
