Does anyone else get pins and needles often? Since I've been diagnosed with anxiety I've noticed I get it quite a lot. I first noticed it in 2 fingers on both hands when I woke up. This week I've noticed it in both hands and feet on and off and as soon as I move the feeling goes, I've read pins and needles is a common anxiety symptom and I've been on a bit of a low this week. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or maybe it could be something else?
