Hey, I get this a lot and I lie awake worrying about it that here is something wrong with my heart/lungs/me in general. But it's more than likely a stomach related issue. I've had this pain tonight but more to the left so imagine my panic but I've just had a bit gulp of gaviscon and it's going off now xx
