sharp pain down left arm

Twice I,ve had sharp pain down arm and a bit in my left side chest. I'm scared. Help please. X

I was cold and had my arms crossed tightly wen it happens.

You have answered you worries yourself with the added information. Its almost certainly musculo/skeletol in origin as you would have been incredibly tense.

If its a sharp shooting pain it might be coming from an irritated nerve.
