I'm having a really bad day with anxiety. My upper back hurts and my ribs hurt. But what is scaring me is painful palpitations. Does anyone else get painful palpitations. I've had heart tests done. Had stress test a month ago and had holter monitor done two weeks ago .I'm scared in case they missed something. X
