My situation has'nt changed much since being diagnosed with anxiety/depression, still unemployed looking for a job. So day to day what I do has remained much the same, but since the anxiety/depression came on it seems theres so much more time to fill! I never seemed to have enough time before to do everything there was to do or wanted to do.
Now it seems time has expanded and theres so much more time to fill up, I'm constantly trying to fill up the hours, nothing remains dirty for more then 15 mins after its been used lol. I've become a man possessed with cleaning to fill up the time, although the hovering has'nt become that desperate yet! Maybe its just because I feel I should always be doing something, or its just an illusion ! lol
Has anyone else found that all this extra time has appeared out of the blue?
