Acidy burning throat

I am feeling scared right now as my throat is burning and sore. It's been on and off like this for a while along with my chest and back. Could this really be with acid reflux or similar acid reaction? I'm worried again and a bit scared to sleep. Anyone with a little advice awake please?

acid reflux is fairly common and very common in anxiety sufferers. If you're worried go to the doctor and they'll give you something for it. Peppermint tea can help. x
