ice cold feeling on bottom of leg

hi

does anybody get an ice cold feeling on their skin. Its not their constant it comes and goes only lasting about 3 - 4 minutes when it comes.

Sometimes i get warm feelings on my skin so im persuming this is a similar thing.

Could it be to tired muscles or pulled muscles?

Hi I've had this today around the back of my leg near the knee. It feels very cold on and off since early evening.

I have had it before but as usual any symptoms makes me panic
