New To Site But Not New To Anxiety

I'm in my early 20s and struggle with panic attacks, anxiety, and a phobia of vomiting. I like to think my anxiety started 2 years ago but after analyzing , I can see that my anxiety issues started 10 years ago. Here's hoping this site can help me and I hope I can help others on here as well!
