ADHD medication anyone?

I've been diagnosed with ADHD alongside anxiety/panic (which my therapist believes feed off each other). I'm on Prozac already but my consultant would like to add an ADHD med (I was on Ritalin years ago at school but nothing since).

I just wondered if anyone else here had successfully taken ADHD meds alongside anxiety? My therapist believes it may even improve it.

Hello, yes actually I had ADHD/anxiety also, it was much worse for me a few years ago, the ADHD has died down recently. But I would suggest you try vyvanse, they would always calm me down greatly and were very good at dealing with anxiety as well. I would definitely suggest asking your doctor for some if you struggle with anxiety also.

One main thing you should know, is vyvanse cause a big loss of appetite. They don't cause vomiting or any such thing, they just make it so you don't feel hungry for, roughly, 7 hours. All The same, I would suggest using Vyvanse for sure! Hope this helps :)
