hit in head by falling door

First time poster 6 month lurker this site has saved me EXTREME HA I just hit my head a basement door outside that sits up and you walk down under house ANYWAY it hit my left side top of head and neck decent size welt little bruising and im FREAKING OUT didnt pass out it's been an hour please help ease my mind :(
