So, before I start--I have SEVERE health anxiety, amongst being under immense stress/generalized anxiety/depression on a daily basis.
I also tend to move around quite a bit while I sleep, and hunch more than enough when in class/using my laptop/etc.
Can a stiff/sore neck be caused from any of the above for hours on end? I can move my chin to my chest, and occasionally there's a twinge of pain--but not like 'collapsing' pain. Occasionally I'll go through hot flashes, my face might flush and my neck is hot to the touch, but it comes and goes--never stays.
If it's anxiety symptom, I've probably had it--even up to almost fainting while walking to my next class. I'm only 16 year old, pre-t ftm, and also currently on 'that time', if that could be another reason.
