self help groups ??

hello everyone,

i was wondering if ayone knows of any self-help groups for anxiety/panic in the london area.

i have got information from the phobics society but as far as i could see, the groups they listed in london were specifically for OCD.

whilst it is great knowing this site is here:) sometimes it would also be good to see and talk to people face to face.

Are you a member of no panic as well? They have a list of self-help groups all over the UK. If you go to www.nopanic.org.uk you might be able to find something.

I am fairly sure that they only list the self-help groups in the magazines which you get when you join them.

If I get some time I will look through but I have hundreds of them lol.

You could email them and ask if they can give you a list.

You can also get a contact list from them so you can call people in the local area (again this is for members only).

Hi Oshun

As Sarah says join no panic and you will get lots of options from that.

Try all over and you will find so many options for your area hon.

And remember we are all here for you and quite a lot come from that area.

I have met quite a few from my area in person and it makes it so much easier.
