Still nothing

I've still not heard anything about an appointment to assess me for medication so now I'm starting to over think it and ask myself what if I'm not actually depressed? What if it's all in my head? Which I know is absolutely bonkers!! What if I get prescribed an AD and they don't work, make me feel worse or that once I'm on them I can't come off them? Is Venlafaxine really that bad or will it actually work for me. Hello rumination :doh:

Unfortunately anti depressants is pretty much hit and miss when comes to prescribing and their effect. Cross your fingers you get the right one for you

I've been waiting about 3 weeks now, just got my appointment through for the week after next. It's eased my anxiety a bit but I'm still very nervous.

That's good. Are you on any meds at the moment?

Dr prescribed 2mg Diaz to use PRN but only gave me a weeks worth 3 weeks ago and now I've only got one left so trying not to use it as they won't give me anymore. Next Thursday seems so far away.
