Does anyone get skin rashes?

I usually get a skin rash on the middle of my chest, it's reddish and extremely itchy. It's only a small patch and it seems to come and go occasionally. I've noticed that it appears after even a slightly elevated stress?

It's around the heart area, goes to the left I'm worried it can be something to do with my health? I'm 21 had holter 2 years ago, results were normal.

I'm not sure but could be acid reflux maybe?

Acid reflux? I get those often too! Interesting could it really cause a blush tho?

Would love to hear different opinions?

I'm not sure but it can burn your throat and mouth if it comes up. You could go get it checked out I am sure it's nothing.
